Butternut Squash Gratin with Saint Angel Original

Ingredients
- Saint Angel Original
- 1 Butternut squash
- 6-8 slices of bacon
- ½ cup of pine nuts
- 1 cup of cream
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Peel the butternut, remove the seeds, and cut it into small cubes. Boil them for 10-15 min until cooked yet still firm. Put them in a large dish that goes into the oven. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- In the meantime, grill the bacon in a pan until golden and crispy. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Add them on top of the butternut cubes.
- Roast the pine nuts and place them on top of the dish.
- Pour the cup of cream and cut the Saint Angel Original cheese into slices to go on top of the gratin. Bake for 15 min in the oven at 400F.
