Pizza Baguette with Saint Angel Original

Ingredients
- Saint Angel Original
- 1 Baguette
- 1 onion
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- Herbes de provence/Italian
- Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Dice your onion, and cook it in a pan for 5 minutes.
- Add the canned tomatoes and let the preparation simmer for 10 more minutes. In the meantime, preheat your oven at 400F.
- Blend it for a few seconds. Your tomato sauce should still have some chunks of tomatoes and onions. For a quicker recipe, use tomate sauce from the supermarket.
- Cut a piece of baguette into two halves, and spread a generous amount of sauce on each half.
- Add an even more generous amount of Saint Angel Original and season with salt, pepper and herbs.
- Bake for 10-15 min in the oven at 400F.
