Pizza Baguette with Saint Angel Original

Ingredients

  • Saint Angel Original
  • 1 Baguette
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • Herbes de provence/Italian
  • Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper

Method

  1. Dice your onion, and cook it in a pan for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the canned tomatoes and let the preparation simmer for 10 more minutes. In the meantime, preheat your oven at 400F.
  3. Blend it for a few seconds. Your tomato sauce should still have some chunks of tomatoes and onions. For a quicker recipe, use tomate sauce from the supermarket.
  4. Cut a piece of baguette into two halves, and spread a generous amount of sauce on each half.
  5. Add an even more generous amount of Saint Angel Original and season with salt, pepper and herbs.
  6. Bake for 10-15 min in the oven at 400F.
