Saint Angel Original

Ingredients
- 6 hamburger buns
- 1.5 pounds (680g) ground beef
- 6 sundried tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- Lettuce
- 6 slices (2 inches square, ½ inch thick – approx. 8 oz or 225g) Saint Angel Original cheese
- Ketchup
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200 C°)
- Shape the ground beef into 6 round patties about 1 1/2inches (4 centimeters) thick. Slice the red onion into thin slices and the sundried tomatoes in halves.
- Cut Saint Angel Original into 6 slices.
- Brush both sides of the burgers lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat until just smoking. Cook the burgers to your liking.
- Place the hamburger buns into the oven for 1 minute.
- Add ketchup on the bottom bun then add lettuce, slice of onion, 2 halves of sundried tomatoes. Place a burger over it and top it with a slice of Saint Angel Original. Add the top hamburger bun and place it in the oven for 1 minute.
- Serve immediately with a side salad.
