Whipped Saint Angel Original with honey and walnut oil

Ingredients

  • Saint Angel Original
  • Heavy cream (optional)
  • Honey
  • Walnut oil
  • Pecan nuts

Method

Cheese making :

  1. Put the Saint Angel Original cheese in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to facilitate handling.
  2. Once cold, carefully remove the white crust with a sharp knife.

Whipped cheese :

  1. Cut the cheese into small pieces and put them in a blender.
  2. Whisk until creamy and smooth.
  3. You can add a little heavy cream to homogenize the mixture.

To serve :

  1. Pour the whipped cheese into a large soup plate.
  2. Drizzle honey generously over the top and add walnut oil and pecan nuts in small pieces to create a nice visual contrast.
