- Heavy cream (optional)

Method
Cheese making :
- Put the Saint Angel Original cheese in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to facilitate handling.
- Once cold, carefully remove the white crust with a sharp knife.
Whipped cheese :
- Cut the cheese into small pieces and put them in a blender.
- Whisk until creamy and smooth.
- You can add a little heavy cream to homogenize the mixture.
To serve :
- Pour the whipped cheese into a large soup plate.
- Drizzle honey generously over the top and add walnut oil and pecan nuts in small pieces to create a nice visual contrast.
